300mm×600mm. 300mm×1200mm. 300mm×1800mm等规格的数百种图案以及暗插板等；
所有模具的底模全部是铝板雕刻而成，图案全部由我厂自行设计、加工、雕刻，设计工艺化，
材质化，模具无需脱模剂，能轻易脱模，图案清晰，无缺陷，尺寸标准，不翘角
本厂经过国内许多知名厂家采用后，一致认为尺寸标准，生产的石膏板不论是春夏秋冬哪一个季节，尺寸大小始终不超过一毫米的范围，对于这样的难关，是我厂经多年摸索实践的一种特有加工技术来做成的
